Welcome to NLPB 15u & 16u lady P32

The NLPB 15U and 16U girls program is built on the foundation of strong coaching leadership and the intentional recruitment of elite level talent. Our staff focuses on identifying driven athletes who are committed to development, competition, and team success, then placing them in an environment where experienced coaching, structured practices, and clear expectations help them reach their potential. Emphasis is placed on basketball IQ, skill execution, defensive intensity, and preparing players to compete confidently against top level opponents.

By combining high level coaching with talented, motivated players, our goal is to create teams that perform with discipline, chemistry, and purpose on the court. Players are challenged to grow as leaders, compete with consistency, and represent the NLPB standard in every game and practice. This approach allows our girls to not only succeed at the travel level but also prepare for future high school varsity roles and college recruiting opportunities.
